dude! a little more than four years into this and i FINALLY hit 10,000 visitors : ) he hehe
not that i'm all about QUANTITY or anything, cos i'm not. but i have to admit when my friend broad surpassed 10,000 (and she's been blogging 1 year) i was a little green w/ envy.
wow, 10,009, visitors. ok, i know that's not ACCURATE cos i probably account for about 7,000 of those visits myself, but still, it's a milestone.
color me happy : )

I'm sure my visitors are 70% me, who knows why I have an obsessive need to click on my own blog so much.
phew! i can dial back my guilt meter now. and i didn't think it counted if you were logging on as yourself to look at your blog. is that wrong?
tracy--since i've put the blog roll up i check my blog to see if the blogs i read have posted anything new : ) but, i've always checked my blog an inordinate number of times a day. i think it's vanity or something.
broad--i actually don't know how the meter works, maybe it doesn't count me, but i'm assuming it does.
I'm glad to know that other people check their own blogs... I don't feel so weird :).
Congrats... 10,000 is a HUGE number! The person who did it in a year? MY GOD... who does she know?!
Yeah, my blog traffic is mostly me too, and um. yeah. I do it to check my blogroll, not to see if anyone commented or to even re-read my own posts.

diane--welcome, welcome! yeah, my friend who did 10,000 in a year (that bitch! no srsly, i love her) has a political blog and apparantly those are more exciting than just random every day blathering ; )
hotch--i NEVER go back and reread myself from day one (ahem), no, never do that. and i don't check my comments elebenty times a day either. ever. no. i don't. shut up.
just--i'm not sure how impressive it is in the big blog scheme of things but for lil ole me it made my day : )
