I think you should add in one other thing in there...My nipples became more sensitive (slowly) since they started getting played with.
jm--another question would be have you ever reached orgasm just by nipple stimulation?
My 2 cents: For me, temperature plays a huge role. As does willingness to be "tit"illated at the particular moment. Not sure about the age/birth/breastfeeding factors.Sweet T
