punch drunk blog

ok seriously, this is the last one for tonight. it's been awhile since i've actually caught up on the blogs i read regularly. i even delurked on a few tonight and commented. i'm like in giddy blog land right now. i read something on broad's blog that talked about an article that said something like blogs are like therapy and i totally believe it.

i get off on writing mine even though i don't have a huge readership.

i get off on reading others and reading all the comments. i can get lost in blogs for hours following commenters links or blogrolls etc.

i don't use readers or anything (i'm sure that would save time). i go back to blogs i comment on to read the other comments. do you?

i comment in my own comment section but some bloggers don't. do you?

on my sidebar i have the blogs i read most often but in my favorites i have like a kabillion others that i randomly stalk.

total non sequitor (cos i'm punch drunk) but here are two guilty pleasures.

1. tori and dean. yes, i've watched the damn show and omg i can't help liking her. i know, how totally retarded is that? i hated her on 90210 (yes bitches, i watched that AND party of five thank you very much) but i can't help liking their show.

2. the family guy. i think sweet t told me about this before (i really should listen to her recommendations more often cos she's also the one that turned me on to lolcats) but i didn't pay attention. that show cracks me up. and, sadly i'm a horribly bad parent because my kids started watching it and then once i REALLY started watching it i realized, uh, this totally is not for kids. however despite their sheltered lives my kids are pretty astute and mature for their tender ages. some of the stuff goes over their heads and some doesn't. we watch it together and i'll taking my beatings for being a bad influence in letting them watch it. they watch saved by the bell too. what can i say?

Party of Five rocked. And Family Guy~it's a sick pleasure. My husband watches it, and I can't help but laugh. In a sick and twisted way.

ps-I have been to Italy~3 years ago. With my kids (4 years, and 4months at the time). I can't wait to go again without the kids.

Oh, holy hell, Family Guy is my FAVORITE show. Seriously. Even when it's just plain Wrong, I love it. If I were Lois, I'd run off with Brian, though. And what they do to Meg, so funny in such a BAD, BAD way. I wish I could let my kids watch it, because it's the kind of thing I know they'd find hysterical, but ... no.

I only recently started using Google reader. I like it a lot, actually. I can tell quickly if I'm getting behind, and also can keep track of whether I've missed anything in-between.

I tried to comment on my own blog today, but seem to have forgotten my passcode... damn password saver, once I save a password, it's gone from my head. Sigh.

I only watched 90210 when I was in high school for a little while, but I did watch Felicity during the last year because I wanted to know how things wound up. I do that frequently, since I feel like seeing commercials for something pretty much keeps me up to date on what's happening in a show, so then when it's ending I watch the last few and feel satisfied without wasting time.

i loved charlie on pof5 (jack on lost--don't even get me started on lost) and dylan on 90210. brooding guys w/ problems intrigue me. i was way out of high school and college when i watched those shows : ) i also liked felicity (loved ben--another troubled man).
family guy--totally my humor cos it's sick and twisted and so very wrong on many levels.
i know the kids shouldn't watch it but i figure at this point the damage is done and once i told the boy he couldn't go around bleeping himself and use freakin' and some of the other words i think we're good. though, if i had it to do over i never would have let them watch it to begin w/. i'd run away w/ brian too. stewie is my fave though. he's so cruel.
lucky kristin went to italy.
