I don't think I've eve...Yes, yes, and yes. I don't think I've ever related to a post as much as this one. I get narcoleptic with PMS, too!!!! It just started happening a few years ago, and now I can't help myself AT ALL. I pass out. Seriously, if I'm on the couch, I'm asleep.

If it's cold, and there's a blanket nearby, I will go to sleep. Also, I get cold with PMS, which leads to a blanket, which leads to sleep.

There is nothing I love to do more in this world than find a cold room and snuggle down under a pile of blankets and doze.

I love how you put all of this. It makes my, um, sleep sound more like a lovely ISSUE rather than an Issue. :)Astartehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07337583910910454897noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14290006.post-27633375247181067522009-06-01T13:48:30.191-05:002009-06-01T13:48:30.191-05:00Any time I get anxious at all (which is a lot) one...Any time I get anxious at all (which is a lot) one of the first things to go is sleep. I can't fall asleep and then once I do I'll wake up a couple of hours later. It has always been very frustrating for me because five seconds after my husband lays down he could be asleep!

since my son was born my issues with sleep have been MUCH better, I think I am just too exhausted now and I can not wait till the day he can get up and make himself a bowl of cereal and I can stay in bed!

tracyAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14290006.post-91140255999905854052009-06-01T10:22:17.865-05:002009-06-01T10:22:17.865-05:00I love to sleep. Then I invite its friend melatonin or benadryl to hang out.

My son uses sleep to cope when he is anxious/depressed. I think it's smart of him - it's almost as if he makes a decision to check out. He also grows a few inches during each sleep session...

:-)cheatymoonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06328903955238115971noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14290006.post-4196140501268744192009-06-01T09:48:25.248-05:002009-06-01T09:48:25.248-05:00I loved this post!I absolutely adore sleeping, but ...I loved this post!I absolutely adore sleeping, but for some reason, ever since my dad died,I can't seem to sleep past 8am,no matter how late I've been out the previous night,or how tired I am.Also,in the last 6 months,I regularly go to bed at 9pm,11pm at the very latest, even on Friday and Saturday nights.Which irritates my boyfriend to no end.But it always takes me a while to fall asleep,as I keep thinking of whatever crap is on my mind.My boyfriend falls asleep almost instantly, and can wake up and go back to sleep with ease, multiple times. When I'm awake,I'm awake, there's no going back to sleep for me.Pandorahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02733319139135157714noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14290006.post-78679448544436370262009-06-01T08:58:25.332-05:002009-06-01T08:58:25.332-05:00I LOVE to sleep as well. I go to bed fairly early, and starting last week I have been making myself get up BEFORE 8, which is beyond early for me.

ugh.

Mr. P has a harder time with sleep, so our schedules are fairly off.Hotch Potcheryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13205620637311970766noreply@blogger.com
